Fish Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ Kg Fish Fillets

• 4 Onions

• 4 Green Chillies

• ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves

• 1 Tsp Garam Masala

• 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

• 1 Cup Milk

• 3 Eggs

• 8 Tbsp Bread Crumbs

• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

• Oil to Fry

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Wash and clean fish fillets.

• Apply little salt and keep aside.

• Chop onion into slices.

• Beat the eggs.

• Mix 5 tbsp bread crumbs, milk, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice, onions, green chillies, coriander, 2 tbsp beaten egg and salt to taste.

• Mix well.

• Keep little stuffing on one side of fish fillet and roll the fillet.

• Dip the fish fillet in beaten egg and then roll it on the bread crumbs.

• Heat oil enough for shallow frying and fry the fillets till they are crisp and golden brown.
