Pistachio Shake Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 4 Tbsp Raw Pistachio

• 3½ Cup Milk

• Saffron

• 2 Tbsp Sugar

Method:

• Cut 4 pistachios into silvers and set aside.

• Blend the remaining pistachio in a mixer.

• Add 1 cup milk and blend again for 1 minute.

• Add the remaining milk to the mixture.

• Boil the shake to the boiling point with continuous stirring.

• Strain the milk and serve.
