Besan Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 cups Gram Flour
• ½ cup Pure Ghee
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
• 1/2 cup Chopped Almonds and Raisins

Method
• Fry gram flour in ghee on low flame stirring continuously till brown.
• Allow it to cool.
• Add powdered cardamom, sugar, almonds, and raisins and mix well.
• Shape into ladoos.
