American Residential Services (ARS) in Myrtle Beach, a national provider of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services, partnered with Tim Tebow and donated an HVAC system to a family in serious need of assistance in home comfort.
Angela Ermi is a woman with Down syndrome who lives with her parents outside of Myrtle Beach. When ARS/Rescue Rooter of Myrtle Beach heard that Hurricane Florence hit Angela's home and HVAC hard, they did not just help her out- they brought in a little help from Tim Tebow.
ARS Cares, a program designed by ARS/Rescue to provide plumbing and HVAC to people in their communities in need, seeks nominations from people who know of families that could use home comfort assistance. Whether it's donating an HVAC system to a family in need, like Angela's, through the ARS Cares Program, or supporting the Tim Tebow Foundation, ARS/Rescue Rooter steps up, says Tebow. This work allows me to meet extraordinary people and families like hers. And that's why I partner with ARS/Rescue Rooter.
ARS' team and Tim Tebow arrived to the Ermi's home in Loris, SC, on Wednesday morning, and Angela was ecstatic to greet him. Tim Tebow Foundation hosts Night to Shine a prom night for people with special needs, and it is a global event that hosted at over 650 locations. Tim and his efforts is greatly appreciated by the Ermi family, and ARS is the proud Global Partner of his philanthropic work. Therefore, when ARS received the information that the Ermi's needed an HVAC, Tim Tebow wanted to tag along with his friends from ARS.
Angela is excited to attend the local Night to Shine in 2020, and in the meantime, she is enjoying a new HVAC system from ARS/Rescue Rooter. To learn more how ARS is committed to comfort and their community, visit ars.com.
