New Delhi, April 23: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Secretary, Amardeep Bhatia, chaired a high-level meeting to review mega infrastructure projects in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Uttarakhand. The review meeting, conducted under the aegis of the Project Monitoring Group (PMG), was attended by senior officials from central ministries, state governments, and project proponents.

Dehradun, April 21: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) battalions located in the border districts of Uttarakhand were dependent on big cities for the supply of mutton, chicken, and fish till October 2024. However, as per the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Uttarakhand Animal Husbandry Department has now entered into a direct contract with the local livestock farmers through the ITBP.
