Draft UGC regulations infringe upon the powers of states, says Kerala CM Vijayan
Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 20: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Thursday said that the draft UGC Regulations brought out by the Centre infringe upon the powers of the states in legislating higher education, and thus undermine the federal foundations of the country.
