Piyush Goyal to lead Indian business delegation to Italy soon

New Delhi, April 11: Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will lead a delegation of business leaders to Italy for the next India-Italy Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation in a month or two, the Union minister told reporters at a joint press conference alongside Italian Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani.

India's exports surge to record $820 billion in 2024-25 despite global challenges

New Delhi, April 10: India's goods and services exports have crossed a record $820 billion in financial year 2024-25, which represents a close to 6 per cent increase over the corresponding figure of $778 billion for the previous financial year, despite the economic uncertainties in global markets, according to data compiled by the Commerce Ministry.

Startup funding jumps 2.3 times to $357 million this week

New Delhi, April 6: India's startup ecosystem witnessed a strong funding rebound this week, with total investments soaring over 2.3 times to around $357.29 million across 30 deals, compared to $152.49 million raised by 23 startups last week.
