Mumbai, April 1: Mumbai-based para-athlete and para-cyclist Huafrid Billimoria has achieved the qualifying classification to represent India in international para-triathlon and para-cycling events. Billimoria claimed he was the first Indian para-sportsperson to get this distinction.
