New Delhi, April 12: The All-India Football Federation (AIFF) has formally submitted a bid to host the AFC Asian Cup 2031, a move that would bring the football royalty of the continent to India. India's bid to bring the AFC Asian Cup 2031 to the subcontinent was recognised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in its Annual General Body meeting at the 35th AFC Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Saturday.

EPFO empanels 15 more banks for direct payment of collections

New Delhi, April 1: The EPFO on Tuesday entered into agreements with 15 additional banks, both in the public and private sector, to enable direct payment of nearly Rs 12,000 crore in annual collections and provide direct access to employers who maintain their accounts with these banks, to pay their monthly contributions.
