Pinarayi Vijayan defends proposed toll collection from KIIFB projects

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 12: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday informed the Assembly that the tolls will be collected from bridges and roads built using Kerala Infrastructure Investment Board (KIIFB).
