New Delhi, Jan 7: The Congress will have its new headquarters at 'Indira Bhawan' on Kotla Marg here which is likely to be inaugurated next week. Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) Chairperson Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate the HQ on January 15.
