Indian envoy lauds space policy, says changes will place India on higher growth trajectory

New Delhi, April 13: Indian envoy Anupam Ray lauded the Government of India's space policy and said that the recent changes will leverage the expertise of the private sector, the ingenuity of Indian engineers and scientists, thereby placing India on a much higher growth trajectory in the domain of space. He made the remarks on the sidelines of the Carnegie Global Tech Summit.

ISRO postpones docking of Spadex satellites again

Bengaluru, January 8: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has postponed its Space Docking Experiment (SpaDex) mission which was scheduled for Thursday, after the satellites drifted more than expected during a manoeuvre, ISRO said in a statement on Wednesday.

Bengaluru, January 6: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has announced the postponement of the docking of its Spadex mission program, initially scheduled for January 7, 2025. The new date for the docking has been set for January 9, 2025. ISRO has not provided any specific reason for the change in schedule.
