Homage to 1857 martyrs: IAF to hold air show in Patna

Patna, April 8: In a spectacular tribute to the martyrs of India’s freedom struggle of 1857, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will host an aerobatic air show over the JP Ganga Pathway, popularly known as Marine Drive, in Patna on April 22-23.

BEL bags Rs 2,385 crore deal to supply electronic warfare suites for IAF choppers

New Delhi, April 7: The Ministry of Defence has signed a Rs 2,385.36 crore contract with Bharat Electronics Limited for the acquisition of Electronic Warfare (EW) Suites and aircraft modification kits as well as their installation on Mi-17 V5 helicopters, along with associated equipment, for the Indian Air Force, according to an official statement issued on Monday.

IAF to participate in Multi-national air exercise INIOCHOS-25 in Greece

New Delhi, March 30: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will be participating in Exercise INIOCHOS-25, a prestigious multinational air exercise hosted by the Hellenic Air Force. The exercise will take place at Andravida Air Base, Greece, from 31 March 2025 to 11 April 2025. The IAF contingent will include Su-30 MKI fighters along with combat enabler IL-78 & C-17 aircraft, according to the Defence Ministry.
