India finishes second overall in year's first Shooting World Cup
New Delhi, April 11: The Indian shooting team finished a credible second in the year’s first International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun stage in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as the young trap mixed team pair of Lakshay Sheoran and Neeru missed a shot at a potential medal, even gold, by a point, in the final event of the roster.

New Delhi, April 9: India's 10m air rifle mixed team pair of Rudrankksh Patil and Arya Rajesh Borse, bagged a silver medal, going down to the crack Chinese pairing of Wang Zifei and Song Buhan 9-17 in the gold medal match, on the penultimate day of competitions at the ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun Argentina 2025.
Opening shots set to be fired in season's first World Cup in Argentina
New Delhi, April 2: Competitions for the international shooting season’s first ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun are set to commence in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, and taking aim first-up will be the men’s pistol and the men’s and women’s skeet shooters at the Tiro Federal Argentino de Buenos Aires shooting range, on Thursday.
National camp for Argentina, Peru World Cup stages starts at Karni Singh range
New Delhi, March 15: The final preparation camp for India's shooting squad ahead of the international shooting season, which includes the ISSF World Cup stages in Argentina and Peru, started at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range (DKSSR) near here on Saturday. Almost all the 35 members of the national squad, barring a few exceptions, reported on Friday (reporting day) itself and began hard training under the respective coaches from Saturday morning.
