Indian Army chief leaves on three-day visit to France

New Delhi, Feb 23: With an aim to explore new avenues of cooperation and enhance the strategic partnership, Indian Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi has departed on an official visit to France from February 24 to 27, an official statement said on Sunday.
