Himachal Pradesh signs MoU with Government of Telangana for hydro-electric power projects
Shimla, March 29: Himachal Pradesh inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana for establishing 400 MW Seli and 120 MW Miar Hydro Electric Power Projects in the Lahaul-Spiti district on Saturday, as per a release.
NTPC, France's EDF ink pact on hydro projects
New Delhi, Feb 24: Government-owned power giant NTPC and EDF India, a subsidiary of France's Electricite de France, have entered into a partnership to set up pumped hydro storage and hydro projects bundled with renewable energy initiatives along with exploring opportunities in the distribution business.
