New Delhi, January 9: Deputy Chairman Rajya Sabha, Harivansh, on Thursday addressed the orientation session for newly elected members of the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly. He elaborated on various avenues for members to represent the interests of their constituents to be effective legislators and their role in improving governance standards.
