Guwahati, Jan 9: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has stepped up the supply of essentials, food grains, fertiliser, transport fuel, coal and other items to the mountainous northeastern states, including the trouble-torn Manipur, officials said here on Wednesday.
