Over 1.77 lakh women-owned firms gain GeM advantage
New Delhi, Feb 25: Women entrepreneurs comprise 8 per cent of the total seller base on the Government e-marketplace (GeM) with a cumulative 1,77,786 Udyam-verified women micro, and small enterprises (MSEs) registered on the portal, having fulfilled a cumulative order value of Rs 46,615 crore, according to an official statement issued on Tuesday.

Mumbai, January 23: The UAE-India CEPA Council (UICC), in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Ladies Organisation (FICCI-FLO Mumbai Chapter), hosted a business roundtable with over 40 Indian women business owners and entrepreneurs to explore opportunities to leverage the benefits of the UAE-India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), according to a statement.
