Delhi, April 1: Navika Sagar Parikrama II, an expedition undertaken by two women officers of the Indian Navy, Lt Cdr Dilna K and Lt Cdr Roopa A, reached Cape Town, South Africa, on Monday. The officers are sailing aboard the Indian Naval Sailing Vessel (INSV) Tarini as part of their mission to circumnavigate the globe.
