Trenton, N.J., Jan 22: KNF has launched its latest FM 50 series of OEM liquid diaphragm pumps, designed for high precision and reliability in demanding applications.
KNF, a leader in diaphragm pump technology, has introduced the FM 50 series, a new line of OEM liquid diaphragm pumps that promise enhanced accuracy and customization. This innovative series is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of various liquid metering applications, offering both efficiency and dependability.
Enhanced Accuracy and Customization
The FM 50 series sets a new standard in liquid metering accuracy, featuring advanced pump drive technology that facilitates easy integration into existing systems. These pumps deliver impressive flow rates ranging from 100 to 500 ml/min, with a setpoint accuracy of ±2%. This ensures consistent performance even under varying conditions, maintaining a linear flow rate and withstanding back pressure up to 1 bar.
Advanced Motor Technology
One of the standout features of the FM 50 series is its advanced motor technology. The pumps can be controlled via voltage or PWM signals, allowing for tailored performance based on specific requirements. Standard settings enable flow rates of 100 ml/min at 1 V or 20% PWM and up to 500 ml/min at 5 V or 100% PWM. Additionally, customers have the option for factory parameterization, including a two-point calibration for personalized flow characteristics.
Versatile and Reliable Performance
Constructed with a polypropylene head and equipped with either EPDM or PTFE diaphragms and valves, the FM 50 series ensures the safe transfer of a wide range of liquids. The pump is designed to be leak-tight, self-priming, and run-dry safe, making it ideal for applications in medical devices, diagnostics, analytical instruments, inkjet technology, cleaning and disinfection, as well as food and beverage industries.
