Introducing the New Nuron Battery-Powered Tools
At the forefront of this launch is the DD 150-U-22, a groundbreaking cordless diamond core rig designed for both handheld and rig-mounted use. This versatile tool features built-in torque control, making it suitable for a range of coring tasks. The DD 150-U-22 is a significant addition to Hilti's lineup, as it operates on the same battery platform as other handheld cordless tools. This innovation allows contractors to use interchangeable batteries across all Hilti tools, whether engaging in light or heavy-duty work.
In addition to the DD 150-U-22, Hilti is introducing two new cut-off saws: the DSH 600-22 ATC and the DSH 700-22 ATC. These saws are engineered for heavy-duty cutting in concrete, metal, and masonry, boasting enhanced power and safety features that have been developed from direct customer feedback.
New Rotating Lasers for Precision Work
Hilti is also launching three new rotating lasers on the Nuron platform: the PR 4, PR 40, and PR 40G. The PR 4 is a horizontal laser level ideal for leveling tasks, while the PR 40 serves as a versatile tool for horizontal, vertical, and slope applications. The PR 40G enhances visibility with its green beam, making it easier to use in various lighting conditions. All these lasers feature intuitive one-button controls and automatic functions extending up to 300 meters, simplifying alignment for tasks such as formwork and slope grading--perfect for one-person operations.
Commitment to Contractor Needs
Hilti's commitment to improving contractor productivity is evident in these new offerings. Mike McGowan, Region Head and CEO of Hilti North America, stated, "Hilti's goal is to be the best productivity partner for our customers. We have the tools, technology, and services to help reduce complexities, stay on time and on budget, while minimizing safety risks--ultimately making construction better."
