The discipline is based on a deep understanding of human decision-making and offers insight into how people might respond to policies or initiatives.

He also emphasised that by understanding the motivational drivers of behaviour, individuals can be empowered to pursue their personal goals while contributing to the wellbeing of their wider communities. While I appreciate the UAE's focus on behavioral science, I hope the conference will address potential ethical concerns about how these insights are applied. Nudging is powerful but should be used responsibly.

I attended the last BX conference in Sydney - the quality of speakers was incredible. If they maintain that standard, this will be worth every dirham. Early bird registration when? 😊
