The actress, who will turn 90 on December 9, recently sat down with U.K. outlet ā€˜The Timesā€™ to discuss the milestone birthday and life in general, reports ā€˜Peopleā€™ magazine.

During the conversation, the iconic film and stage actress revealed that she has an African grey parrot, named Sweetie, with a penchant for swearing.

The actress told the outlet, ā€œShe says, ā€˜Youā€™re a s***ā€™, ā€˜youā€™re a slag'. She has said ā€˜Boris Johnsonā€™, but she didnā€™t get that from meā€.

The ā€˜Catsā€™ star continued, ā€œShe listens to the radio. My God, sheā€™s funny though. Sheā€™s very, very funny. Everybody should have a parrot, or a myna bird. Their voices are absolutely incredibleā€.

As per ā€˜Peopleā€™, the actress, who lives in Surrey, England, went on to share how she has been spending her time as of late. ā€œIā€™m doing a mass of things. Iā€™ve been doing something every single day this weekā€, she said.

She shared, ā€œI go and paint on a Tuesday evening. Iā€™ve been given some clay and so Iā€™m teaching myself a bit of that. What else do I do? I play Bananagrams (the word game). Iā€™m an absolute fiend at it. And then thereā€™s a very good card game called Bitch that we playā€.

The actress, who starred in seven ā€˜James Bondā€™ films, also shared that she has signed on for a new project starting early next year. But she declined to reveal the details, noting, ā€œIā€™m a bit superstitious about thatā€.

When the conversation turned to getting older, the actress said she tries to remain grateful, especially because she recently lost several close friends. ā€œI think youā€™re lucky to be 90ā€, she reflected.
