Sezzle Named by Forbes as One of Nation's Top Startup Employers for 2020

ezzle Inc. (ASX: SZL), the highest consumer-rated buy now, pay later solution, has been recognized by Forbes on its first-ever list of America's Best Startup Employers in 2020 with an initial ranking as the 29th best start-up employer in the U.S. The rankings were announced this morning in New York City.

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista, the world's leading provider of rankings and large-scale polling, to measure up the leading start-up employers around the country, analyzing more than seven million data points to arrive at their final rankings. The three main aspects of each company that were assessed during the evaluation include employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
After evaluating an initial pool of more than 10,000 qualified start-ups in the United States, Forbes winnowed the list down to a ranking of 500 U.S.-based start-ups. Sezzle was ranked as the #29 best start-up employer in the U.S.
This is an important external recognition for our company. It sends a strong message to all of our stakeholders that we take human capital and corporate culture very seriously, but especially to current and prospective retail partners who want to ensure they're selecting the right solution provider, observed Sezzle co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer Paul Paradis. Being recognized as a Top-30 start-up employer in the U.S. is valuable third-party validation that confirms what we have known internally for quite some time -- that we are building something special here at Sezzle.
