entury Communities, Inc., a top 10 national home builder, is excited to announce that The Enclave at Sonterra, a new community of single-family homes, is coming soon to Jarrell.

Part of the 1,400-acre Sonterra West development, the community will boast access to two swimming pools, a clubhouse, sand volleyball courts, trails and neighborhood parks with playgrounds. The builder anticipates opening a model home this spring.

The Enclave is the newest section of the Sonterra master-planned community, with easy access to Georgetown and Temple, said Brian Bekker, Austin Division President for Century Communities.
