rcoro, a proven provider of human resources management (HR) solutions for high risk industries, announced that Arcoro company ExakTime, provider of leading time tracking and workforce management software, received a Gold Stevie Award in the Business Services Industry in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
ExakTime garnered a gold designation in the category of Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) - Business Services. ExakTime shared the broader business services category with major players including Dell, GoDaddy and HomeServe USA.
The Stevie Awards were established in 2002 and are among the world's most widely recognized business awards, recognizing all facets of achievement in the workplace.
We are thrilled we've earned a gold Stevie Award for our unwavering commitment to helping customers, says ExakTime Vice President of Operations Tom Zeliff. This year we had specific benchmarks we were striving to reach, and we actually surpassed them.
Zeliff noted that his team's efforts effectively improved response and resolution times and reduced their ticket volume despite an increase in customers, all while maintaining customer satisfaction scores of over 98%.
ExakTime's call support center has always been the best in its class, said CEO John O'Hara. But this year they pulled out all stops to deliver the finest service a new or longtime customer could ask for, and for that I'm very proud.
More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations were evaluated for this year's Stevie Awards competition. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements.

The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition, said Stevie Awards executive chairman, Michael Gallagher.
