Kalderos Announces Diversity And Inclusion Initiative For 2020

alderos, the creator of the country's first and only drug discount management solution, announced today its diversity and inclusion initiative for new hires in 2020.
In the upcoming year, Kalderos will expand its team with the addition of new positions, including customer support, IT operations, FP&A and data engineering as it continues to enhance its drug discount management product offering.
At our core, all of us at Kalderos are purpose- and passion-driven individuals motivated to work toward something bigger than ourselves, said Jeremy Docken, CEO and co-founder, Kalderos. After reaching our hiring goal in 2019, we're energized to continue building our team as we charge ahead in ensuring crucial drug discount programs work as intended for all.
To bolster a more representative workforce, Kalderos is also growing its diversity and inclusion initiative for its 2020 hiring and recruitment. Initiatives include partnerships with organizations and events focused on recruiting diverse candidates and retaining diverse talent, as well as bias training for Kalderos employees.

Moreover, Kalderos' recently launched Women in Tech group, whose goals include recruitment and retention of outstanding women and their allies at Kalderos, supports the women in its company with both their professional development and personal endeavors.
