huffling Madness Ventures (SMV), the parent company of PIN Business Network, Inc. (PIN) and KelCar Holdings, an automotive software company from Hagerstown, Maryland, announced today that they have come together to form a new company called PIN Automotive.
PIN Automotive is launching a series of automotive dealership software solutions that includes a mobile app for consumers to buy a new or used car from the comfort of their own home, a desking tool to manage the business internally more effectively, and a CRM system that will scale the communication abilities with their current customers.
This is an exciting partnership that will allow us to participate in the evolution of the dealership consumer experience. It is an exciting time as the expectations of consumers today is evolving and the technology we have collectively will meet the needs and desires of the consumers head on, says Joe Oltmann, CEO of PIN Business Network.
An automotive industry analysis shows 87% of Americans dislike something about car shopping at dealerships and 61% feel they're taken advantage of while there. (2016 Beepi Consumer Automotive Index) PIN Automotive will give dealerships the opportunity to amplify their online business and engage consumers directly through their App to buy and sell cars from the comfort of their living room. It lets consumers complete 100% of the deal online. Therefore, making the process simple, easy, convenient and fun! Customers will be able to research, compare, select and even build their own new vehicle, and find specific used vehicles that meet their search data.
PIN Automotive will be showcasing a demo of all three products at the Digital Dealer Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida from April 6-8.
