Principle Business Enterprises Strengthens Commitment to Innovation

rinciple Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) announced the addition of Matt Ross, Vice President of Strategic Ventures, and Carmie Maloney, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Product Development.

These two senior leaders will help fulfill on PBE's commitment to innovation within the incontinence industry and commitment to bringing more jobs to Northwest Ohio.

Carmie and Matt are exciting additions to the PBE family. Their expertise will complement our other senior leaders and be instrumental in the development of the next generation of our products, Andrew Stocking, PBE's President commented. Matt brings substantial insights into products and customers from 20 years spent in healthcare management and medical equipment sales. Carmie brings a wealth of knowledge about innovation, incontinence engineering, and problem solving from her 35 years at P&G, working in quality assurance and research and development. They will support PBE in our quest to uplift and enrich the lives of those we serve, which includes both our coworkers and our customers.

Matt Ross recently served as a Vice President at Hillrom running their New Business Accelerator, where he was responsible for the development and go-to-market execution of new commercially viable, strategic products and solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Ross held leadership positions at Hu-Friedy, Ferris, and Stryker Sage, where he built results-driven sales teams and expanded sales into international markets. Mr. Ross has a degree in economics from Notre Dame, an MBA from Kellogg, and a JD from UCLA.

Carmie Maloney was most recently at Procter and Gamble (P&G), where she worked for 35 years across a variety of R&D and quality positions. In an R&D capacity, Ms. Maloney developed household products for P&G's beverage, beauty, oral, pet, and baby care divisions, with time spent in the diaper segment. Within quality, Ms. Maloney held the position of Director, Quality Assurance - One Health, where she led multiple product quality redesign efforts for Metamucil and Pepto Bismol brands. Ms. Maloney has a degree in chemical engineering from Penn State.
