EmblemHealth Family of Company Wins 2020 Stevie Awards for Innovation in Customer Service

mblemHealth, one of the nation's largest non-profit health insurers, announced it was named the winner of two Stevie Awards in the 14th annual Awards for Sales and Customer Service.

EmblemHealth received a silver award for Innovation in Customer Service in recognition of its innovative work in serving the City of New York members. EmblemHealth's Gold Line's specially trained agents make it easier for members to get questions answered and get the care they need more quickly by speaking with live agents specialty trained to provide help on the first call.

EmblemHealth's, physician partner AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY), one of the largest primary and specialty care practices in the New York metropolitan area, won a bronze award in the Contact Center of the Year category recognizing the tremendous effort these members of the Care Teams provide in connecting patients to care.

Established in 2002, the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals in more than 60 nations. The awards were presented during a ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada where EmblemHealth staff members were present to accept the top honors.

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes, in virtually every industry, in 48 nations were evaluated in this year's competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
