Countrywide J and K tourism promotional campaign continues

ontinuing with its promotional campaign, the J and K Tourism Department participated in the three-day Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) in Mumbai, which began on Monday.
Over 100 companies from Jammu and Kashmir participated in the event to showcase their products and attract travellers.
The department provided free space to the travel companies, hoteliers and houseboat owners who conducted B2B and B2C meetings with their clients.
Many other travel companies and hoteliers set up their own separate stalls to promote Jiamp;K's tourism products.
Kashmir tourism director Nisar Ahmad Wani and deputy secretary, tourism, Wasim Raja participated in the event. They also interacted with the representatives of the tourism boards from different states and leading travel companies from other countries.
OTM is one of the biggest travel shows in Asia providing platform to travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers, destination management companies and tourism boards to sell their products.
Thousands of visitors, including domestic and international sellers and buyers, state tourism officials, heads of international tourism boards, hoteliers and aviation experts showcased their products and services to the global trade community.
